Claro Software a rapidly growing, innovative software company that develops and licenses assistive technology software. We use leading edge speech and imaging technology and adaptive techniques to make the computer easier to use.
Our software offers a variety of assistive technology solutions. As well as Oska, we also offer a wide select of software packages that are widely used for reading and writing support, proofreading, language learning, magnification and general access to your computer. With a variety of software solutions to meet the needs of individual users, we aim to provide the best choice for the user. Our design ethos is to keep the software easy to use, and available in many languages.
We have a rapidly expanding network of users, customers, partners and licensees around the world.
The business is led technically by Paul Blenkhorn, an Emeritus Professor of Assistive Computing at the University of Manchester. The commercial team is managed by Dave Stevens, who has a strong background in speech technology software sales, marketing and management.
